 Where can we find talent for our businesses?
For its 7th round table, Accuracy chose to address a fundamental question, that of people and talents, which is the number one concern for a consultancy firm.
To consider this subject, Accuracy brought together a blue chip business leader, Mr Henri Proglio, CEO of Veolia Environnement, and a senior academic, Mr Laurent Batsch, President of Paris-Dauphine University.
“Where can we find talent for our businesses?”
That was the question debated for nearly ninety minutes.
Answering questions from Frédéric Duponchel, Accuracy managing director, the two speakers gave their perspective as recruiter and trainer respectively, on the following subjects:
• Are our ‘grandes écoles’ and universities enough of a hothouse?
• What qualities are the most in demand today?
• Can the recruitment of people with slightly unusual backgrounds be an option?
• How can a business become a university?
